Kyahgirl

This was a really good as an audiobook and I think part of my enjoyment was due to the narrator, Natalie Ross. She has a really impressive repetoire of voice characters and an admirable ability to stay true to each character's voice. In this story, Will and Sarah are both drawn into a murder investigation in Sarah's home town and end up also uncovering some unsavory people running the police force. I haven't read any of the original Grant County books and it wasn't a problem. I would recommend however that a person read Undone before this book. It is chronologically close and give some insights into Will, Faith and Sarah's characters. I came to like Will's character in this book but still find Sarah really grating. The pacing of this book was really good and I definitely look forward to reading the next book by Slaughter.
