The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged: Lasting Fat Loss That's Better than Ever! - Tosca Reno I'd say this is a 2.5* book. Somewhere between 'ok' and 'I liked it'.There is nothing wrong with this book but I haven't found it a riveting read either. I think it would be an excellent book for someone who is just starting out on learning about nutrition and healthy eating. It has a lot of bright pictures and low word count pages. It has a lot of really good fundamental information about eating well. Tosca Reno's personal journey to health and fitness is interesting and motivational also. Unfortunately, I get a bit of an 'infomercial' vibe from this book. Maybe its that there is constantly a new Tosca Reno book coming out. Re-packaging and marketing the same info? Yeah. That puts me off.
