4/5; 4 stars; A-I just listened to this book as a re-read. I really enjoyed it. The first time I read this book I wasn't as conscious of Anna, the Omega, growing into her place in the pack and coming to understand her power. Somehow I missed before that she was a cellist and had been working on a music degree when she was changed. Hopefully she can get back to her music...its seems a powerful part of her Omega abilities. As usual, nasty vamps and fickle fae are stirring the pot in this story. It was well done. The narrator, Holter Graham, did an awesome job acting out this story as well as the previous one, Cry Wolf. He did male and female voices with equal skill and had to do a lot of accents.
