4/5; 4 stars; A-Book 6 in the Clans of Kalquor series had a lot more substance than the previous book. Many of the characters from previous books are re-visited doing the post war jobs. I liked the setting of this story (the capital of Kalquor, rather than on a spaceship) and the emphasis on the mental and emotional cost of war. The mystery was interesting although I figured out the evil doers early on.
